Pants

We often find ourselves taking care of our fleeces, shirts and tees, risking to take lightly an important part of our outfit: pants. For a very long period in streetwear you had mostly denim pants but things recently changed for better. More options, more style and here at Move we do our best to leave you plenty of choices to develop your own taste with flavor.

This is a moment in general where pants get wider after many seasons of tight and skinny jeans. After we kept on wearing workwear denim by Carhartt and Dickies and timeless Levi's together with Levi's Red Tab, beside the recent throwback of Tommy Hilfiger we can eventually start wearing jogger pants, track pants and chinos in order to actually change the way we look. The jogger pant is relatively recent and comes from the need to wear something cool and comfortable that could look great in any environment. According to a urban lifestyle you should be able to wear the same apparel at your office, to go to the gym, like to go to a restaurant or a club and joggers totally fit this scenario. It's basically a blend among a pair of chinos and a track pant, taking the upper part from the first and the cuffs of the second. In this way you have a pant that would give justice to your sneakers, not covering them. Our proposal includes joggers from Carhartt e Nike Sportswear.

Track pants are living a moment where they are no longer limited to the gym and the basketball court. Considering how sportswear sneaked more and more into streetwear, brands gave us several versions of a sport attire. Generally made of fleece with cuffs at the bottom, we carry track pants by Nike Jordan Brand, Nike Sportswear, Nike SB, Tommy Jeans, Champion, adidas Originals, adidas Skateboarding and Iuter mong others. Chino pants have an heritage that go back to military uniforms developed around 1850. Its cotton twill was functional to camouflaging in the sand and was easy to take care of, therefor perfect for soldiers. Later on it got developed by brands like Dickies and Carhartt up to get skate-ready versions by the likes of Huf. It's often associated to an easy living Californian lifestyle where freshness is key. If it has a couple of pockets mid leg on the sides then it's called cargo. Women have more options such as three quarter length denims by Levi's and leggings by Nike Sportswear, adidas Originals and Fila that they wear as they feel in an endless number of combinations possible.
