Domestic (Italy) Returns Instructions:

moveshop.it offers free return shipping on your order within 30 days of purchase. We even pay for the return delivery!

  • To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. All tags must be attached. Washed or worn items, including those with stains, are not eligible for refund.
  • Your item(s) needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase and a completed return form for domestic (Italy) returns. Please direct all inquiries regarding returns to: ordini@moveshop.it
  • Follow the instructions in the return form.
  • Please fill out the return form and included with your return package.

According to European regulation 524/2013/EU, in order to protect the consumers that are taking part to a purchase process in an e-commerce, any compliant may be reported to the ODR website.

International Returns (Outside Italy):

moveshop.it offers you to return unused items within 30 days for refund at your own expense.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. All tags must be attached. Washed or worn items, including those with stains, are not eligible for refund.
  • Your item(s) needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase and a completed return form for International returns. Please direct all inquiries regarding returns to: ordini@moveshop.it
  • Follow the instructions in the return form.
  • Please fill out the return form and included with your return package
  • Return shipping fees are at yourn own expense.
  • The return shipping fees will be communicated via email from our customer service once we receive your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your unwanted item. Shipping costs from your original purchase order are non-refundable.
Please ship your return with a carrier that provides tracking and insurance. We cannot be responsible for items that do not arrive at our facility.
