Shipping policy

You will choose the courier you prefer between DHL and GLS. Delivery is always in 1/2 working days.

The On Demand Delivery service is included in shipments with DHL which allows you to:

  • change the delivery date within 7 days of shipment
  • ask DHL for custody of the shipment for up to 30 days
  • personally collect the package at all available DHL points, choosing the one that is most convenient for you
  • change the place of delivery
  • authorize delivery to a neighbor or caretaker
  • authorize delivery at the entrance door in case of absence without the need for a signature.

The Flex Delivery service is included in shipments with GLS which allows you to:

  • move the delivery date by 3 days from the expected one
  • choose a collection point among the GLS offices,
  • choose a new delivery address or have the shipment delivered to a neighbor or custodian or "safe place" indicated by you.

For orders superior at € 100.00 shipping is free.*
For orders with amount inferior a € 100,00:

  • GLS Express shipping costs € 5.00
  • DHL Express shipping costs € 7.00
  • GLS Express shipping with priority preparation of your order costs € 7.00

All shipping notifications will be sent to you at the contact details you provided when ordering. You will receive a notification when the order will be shipped with a link to be able to monitor the delivery status (tracking) and, if for any reason the delivery should not be successful, you will be contacted directly by the courier at the e-mail address you gave us. provided when ordering, then you can manage the delivery by following the simple instructions that the courier will provide you in the message received, rescheduling the delivery or requesting to collect the package at the courier's office.

To avoid tampering, packages are sealed with our custom adhesive tape.

If you receive the package damaged or tampered with, accept it subject to inspection and contact our customer service immediately.

If you do not receive your order within 5 days of shipment, we ask you to contact us to check the situation and make sure you receive your order as quickly as possible.

During holiday periods, due to the large turnout in the store and the high number of orders, shipments may be delayed with respect to the times indicated.
Example: If you want to make a Christmas gift to have the package by December 25th, we recommend that you send the order at least 10 days before.

International shipments

Nike products are not available for shipment outside the EU.


At the check-out of your order you will find all the accepted payment methods, and you can select the one you prefer between Paypal, Credit Card, Cash on Delivery, Klarna in 3 interest-free installments, Satispay, Cryptocurrencies, etc.
If you have a Gift Card or a Discount Code, you can use it before sending your order.
